We offer confidential, attorney-led compliance reviews for both benefits agencies and employers who sponsor group health and welfare plans. Choose the service below that fits your role.
Agency Compliance Review
Benefits agencies face growing compliance pressure — not just to meet their own legal obligations, but to prove real value to the plan sponsors who rely on them.
This confidential review is built for agencies serving plan sponsors of group health and welfare benefits. It delivers a clear, confidential assessment across three levels of compliance:
- whether your agency follows applicable rules for plan advisors
- whether you are fulfilling your legal responsibilities to clients
- whether you provide sufficient support for clients on key compliance issues
The review is conducted by our benefits attorney, is fully confidential, and shared only with you.
Employer Compliance Review
As a plan sponsor of health and welfare benefits, you face growing compliance demands.
This confidential review helps employers assess and improve compliance for employee benefit plans by providing a clear, confidential assessment across multiple levels:
- Plan design & administration
- Plan documents
- Plan reporting
The review is conducted by our benefits attorney and shared only with you. Participation of your benefits broker or account professional is welcomed and encouraged.
