Standard fee: $195
This is a one time fee for a document-only service, and there is no recurring fee. An annual reminder will be provided in case there are any plan changes necessitating an update for future plan years. If so, an updated document can be provided for the same base fee. One you utilize the service, your current fee and any future amendment project is locked in with no fee increase.
For organizations with multiple employers/plans, volume pricing is available.
