Meet Our Team
Founded by Jason Cogdill, Simple Benefits Compliance, LLC is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and works with employers and advisors throughout the southeast. Jason is a benefits attorney with over 20 years of experience working with employers and advisors in corporate and legal settings. Jason is known for his broad experience on a wide range of compliance subjects and a specific ability to communicate topics practically and effectively.
Jamie M. Rorrer brings over 20 years of deep experience in the communications and marketing field to Simple Benefits Compliance. She has worked with nonprofits, small businesses, large private companies, and government agencies across the Carolinas, bringing expertise in marketing, public relations, brand strategy, and customer service.
In addition to Jason and Jamie, the Simple 125 team includes administrative and technical specialists in various areas, each of whom is experienced and dedicated to serving employers and advisors.
